2022 5th International Conference on Materials Design and Applications (ICMDA 2022) was successfully held online during April 15-18, 2022.
This year, the conference consist of 5 keynote & invited speeches and 79 paper presentations. Delegates from over 18 countries had attended this 4-day event, such as Japan, China, Thailand, Russia, Malaysia, Philippines, Indonesia, Italy, France, Spain, Mexico, Peru, South Africa etc. On April 16, Conference Chairs: Prof. Takashige Omatsu (Chiba University, Japan) and Prof. Akihiko Fujiwara (Kwansei Gakuin University, Japan) delivered the opening remarks and welcome address respectively. After that, Prof. Omatsu and Prof. Fujiwara co-chaired the keynote & invited speeches, Q&A followed after the speeches. Delegates and speakers were actively taking part in the discussion. There are 9 sessions arranged in the afternoon of April 16, April 17 and April 18 full day. On April 18, Prof. Akihiko Fujiwara (Kwansei Gakuin University, Japan) delivered the closing remarks, he recapped the schedule of the 3-day communication, then he thanked all the speakers and session chairs for their contribution. Best presentation winners were announced by Prof. Fujiwara and Prof. Omatsu, they congratulated the winners for their great job! At last, Prof. Takashige Omatsu (Chiba University, Japan) announced the venue and place for ICMDA 2023 and welcomed all the delegates to go to Chiba and meet each oher face-to-face!
